Voice library

Every voice below comes from the configured AI engine — nothing is faked.

Voice list is empty. If the local engine is offline, start the AI service with at least one voice model. Browser speech voices appear inside the generator.

Text to speech

Paste text, pick a real voice, and download audio. Sentence-aware chunking handles long documents.

Authorized voice cloning

Clone only voices you own or have explicit permission to use. Consent is recorded and revocable.

Audio downloads

Keep your generations as WAV or MP3 where the engine supports it, with private, authorized downloads.

How it works

  1. Write or paste text. Limits are shown up front and enforced on the server.
  2. Choose a voice. The list is populated from the active provider.
  3. Generate, listen, download. Jobs are queued; the page polls for honest status updates.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid API key?

No. Voice Maker ships with a browser-native preview and supports free local engines such as Piper. External providers are optional.

Can I clone any voice?

No. You may only clone voices you own or have explicit permission to use, and you must complete the consent step. Unauthorized cloning is prohibited.

What audio formats are available?

WAV is the baseline; MP3 appears only when the active engine supports it.

Is my reference audio private?

Yes. Reference clips are stored privately, served only to their owner, and deletable at any time.
